Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using BulkCert, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

What BulkCert does

BulkCert is a tool that allows users to upload PDF templates and spreadsheet data to generate personalized certificates in bulk. The service processes your files temporarily to produce downloadable output, then deletes the uploaded data within 24 hours.

Permitted use

You may use BulkCert for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Upload files that contain illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Use the service to generate fraudulent, forged, or misleading documents.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service infrastructure.
• Use the service in a way that violates the rights of any third party.

Additionally, you agree not to use the automated mailing feature to send spam, unsolicited promotions, or bulk marketing materials, and to comply with Google’s API Policies and regional anti-spam laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

Your content

You retain full ownership of any files you upload — PDF templates, spreadsheets, and generated certificates. By uploading files, you grant BulkCert a temporary, limited licence to process those files solely for the purpose of generating your requested output. We do not claim any rights over your content beyond this.

Availability and reliability

BulkCert is provided on an "as is" basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee uptime, speed, or error-free operation. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, file processing failures, email delivery failures, or data loss due to the temporary nature of file storage.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BulkCert and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the service, if any.

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse of the service, or submit content that is illegal or harmful. You may also delete your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator resides. Any disputes arising from use of the service should first be raised directly with us before pursuing formal legal remedies.
